Terms of Service

By accessing or using Vybe Sprint ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Platform.

Vybe Sprint is owned and operated by Bloom Techno FZE-LLC, a company registered in Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone (SPC Free Zone), United Arab Emirates.

To use certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information as necessary
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Interfere with platform operations or security
• Use automated systems to access the platform without permission
• Collect user data without authorization

Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or termination.

The Platform and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Bloom Techno FZE-LLC and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

Challenge submissions and Proof Cards remain the property of their creators, but by submitting content, you grant Vybe Sprint a license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with the Platform.

SMEs agree to pay all fees associated with hosting sprints as specified in their service agreements.

Participants may receive prizes or compensation as outlined in specific challenge briefs. All payments are subject to the terms specified in individual challenge agreements.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information provided through the Platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bloom Techno FZE-LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bloom Techno FZE-LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason we deem necessary.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through good faith negotiations.

If negotiations fail, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Vybe Sprint regarding your use of the Platform.
