Get answers to common questions about Vybe Sprint
Vybe Sprint is a platform that connects SMEs (Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises) with Gen-Z teams for 2-week innovation challenges. Companies post real business briefs (short projects or challenges) that Gen-Z participants execute in two-week sprints. Participants work in teams to build real solutions. SMEs score, and Experts-on-Call validate outcomes when needed. All participants earn verified Proof Cards.
Vybe Sprint uses an intelligent auto-matching algorithm that forms teams of 4 roles: PM (Project Manager), Designer, Marketer, and Tech. The algorithm matches participants based on their skills, availability, and timezone to create balanced, diverse teams.
Proof Cards are verified, shareable proof of your work on Vybe Sprint challenges. They showcase your role, artifacts, scores, and validation feedback. Proof Cards are perfect for your portfolio, LinkedIn, or job applications - they prove you can deliver real results.
All Vybe Sprint challenges are 2 weeks long. This gives teams enough time to build meaningful solutions while keeping the pace fast and focused. The timeline is: Week 1 for planning and building, Week 2 for refinement and submission.
Vybe Sprint is designed for Gen-Z participants (typically students and early-career professionals). Anyone can sign up as a participant or SME (to create challenges).
SMEs score submissions across 5 criteria: Problem (20%), Strategy (25%), Execution (30%), Evidence (15%), and Teamwork (10%). Experts-on-Call validate outcomes when needed. The total score is calculated using a weighted formula, and top teams win prizes.
After your team submits its work, SMEs will score your submission. Experts-on-Call validate outcomes when needed. Once scoring is complete, the admin generates Proof Cards for all participants. You'll receive a shareable link to your Proof Card that you can add to your portfolio.
Yes! Vybe Sprint supports both individual applications (auto-matched into teams) and team applications (pre-formed teams). If you have a team ready, you can apply together as a Pod Application.
No problem! Most participants apply individually. Vybe Sprint's auto-matching algorithm will place you in a team with other participants based on your skills and availability. This is a great way to meet new people and learn collaboration.
Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (SMEs) can create challenge briefs through the SME Dashboard. You'll provide a title, objective, KPIs, constraints, and pathway (interview, paid_pilot, or roster). Once submitted for review, an admin will create the challenge and set dates, prize amount, and rubric version.
Yes! Top teams win cash prizes. The prize amount varies by challenge and is set by the SME when creating the challenge brief. All participants receive Proof Cards regardless of placement, which are valuable for your career.
